Winton Valley SAY Soccer considers the development of referee skills and training a top priority, assuring continued fun, competitive play, balanced with a comprehensive understanding for the rules of the game and an appreciation for the role that referees play in orchestrating a well-managed game. 

New and Returning Referee Clinic Scheduled

NEW Referee Clinic will be held on Friday, July 20th from 6:00pm- 9:00pm and Saturday, July 21st from 9:00am-2:00pm.  New referees are required attend both sessions.  Returning referees come at 12:00 on Saturday, July 21st.  Sessions will be held at the Woodlawn Community Center at the corner of Grove and Woodlawn Blvd. - located in the Armory in Woodlawn

NOTE:  Both new referees and returning referees must complete an on-line training provided by the Southwest Ohio Soccer Officials  Association (SWOSOA) before they come to class. The online training is available here: Rules of the Game Training for SAY Referees.  After going through the online training, referees will be prompted to print out a certificate which they should print and bring to class.
