Boys PassersFest Brackets Girls PassersFest Brackets The PassersFest is a one-day event usually held at two different locations within the Winton Valley area. This is a fun event to mark the end of the Passers season, and includes 3-4 shortened games (see below) in a round robin format for all Passers teams across the Winton Valley area. Each player receives a participation metal at an awards ceremony, called the "Parade of Champions" at the end of each round robin session.
PassersFest Games Passersfest games are short, quick games teams lasting approximately 23 minutes total. The seven minute break gives each team time to move to the next game (if on another field). It's a series of fast paced, fun games. Most teams will play 3 games (with one team in 5 team brackets playing 4 games), amounting to approximately an hour of playing time. A PassersFest Game:
Parade of Champions After the mini-Round Robin, teams are to stick around for the Parade of Champions where each participant is to receive a medal from Winton Valley SAY Soccer for their participation in the 2008 PassersFest. Each team will line up and will proceed around the field to receive their medals from a PassersFest official. PassersFest Rules The rules to SAY Passers level play apply, save for the length of the game as indicated above. Please note the SAY rules on balanced play and guidance against running up the score apply in PassersFest games.
